By opting into our SMS service, you agree to receive conversational, 1-to-1, customer care, reminders, transactional and/or operational text messages from Allied Correctional Services and Course Connection. These messages are strictly for customer support, appointment reminders, notifications, and billing inquiries. We do not use this service to send mass marketing or promotional messages.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your specific interactions with our business. You will only receive messages in response to your inquiries, scheduled activities, or account status updates.

3. Opt-In

By sending us or one of our counselors a text, you agree to opt-in to our SMS text messaging  service. Standard message and data rates may apply

4. Opt-Out and Support

To Stop: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message you receive. After you reply "STOP", we will send you a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive text messages from us.​

5. Costs and Charges

Standard message and data rates may apply for any text messages sent or received. Please check with your wireless carrier for your specific pricing plan.

6. Privacy and Data Sharing

Your privacy is important to us. We will only use the mobile phone number you provide to transmit your mobile messages and respond to your inquiries. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or consent data with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Accuracy

 

Allied Correctional Services and Course Connection is not liable for delayed,  undelivered, or misdirected messages. It is your sole responsibility to provide us with accurate contact information and notify us immediately if your phone number changes. We are not responsible for messages sent to an incorrect number provided by you, the user. Delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless carrier/network operator and is not guaranteed.

8. Stopping Messages

To stop messages, reply STOP to opt-out. 

We reserve the right to alter, modify, or terminate these SMS Terms of Service at any time, with or without notice. Any modifications will take effect immediately upon being posted to our website. Your continued participation constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
