Business Director
Laura is a highly accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic development across the Human Services, Non-Profit, and Small Business sectors. Known for her visionary leadership and strong strategic planning skills, she has consistently led cross-functional teams to exceed goals, streamline processes, and deliver measurable results.
Throughout her career, Laura has held progressive leadership roles encompassing behavioral health, developmental services, and survivor advocacy. Her experience includes guiding trauma-informed initiatives, enhancing system-wide collaboration, and promoting organizational sustainability through sound financial and operational management.
At Allied Correctional Services, Laura leverages her extensive background to strengthen business operations and advance the company’s mission of providing compassionate, evidence-based correctional healthcare. Her core responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans, overseeing financial performance, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics, reviewing and approving contracts, partnerships, and investments, and fostering a positive company culture rooted in accountability, respect, and service.
Sean Stiltner
Medical Director
Dr. Sean Stiltner is a board-certified osteopathic physician with extensive experience in military medicine, emergency care, and correctional healthcare leadership. As Medical Director for Allied Correctional Services, he oversees clinical operations, provider performance, and quality initiatives across Ohio’s jail systems.
A U.S. military veteran, Dr. Stiltner brings the discipline and precision of his service to every aspect of correctional healthcare—emphasizing readiness, accountability, and compassionate care. His approach integrates evidence-based medicine, operational efficiency, and interdisciplinary collaboration, ensuring safe, compliant, and patient-centered services throughout Allied’s facilities.
Becky Newport
Operations Director
Becky brings more than three decades of healthcare experience to her leadership of Allied Correctional Services. She oversees operations, compliance, and partner relations, ensuring efficient, transparent, and standards-driven service delivery across Ohio’s jail systems.
With a strong background in managed care administration, correctional healthcare contracting, and multidisciplinary leadership, Becky develops scalable, patient-centered programs that meet the complex needs of special populations, including but not limited to, individuals with palliative care needs, intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), and mental illness.
Her commitment to clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and collaboration drives quality outcomes, reduces risk, and promotes compassionate, equitable care throughout every level of correctional healthcare delivery.
